For many people,the ancient history of Jagaddhatrii Pujo is unknown.It is believed that Indra Narayan Chowdhury,King of Krishnanagar first started Jagaddhatri worship around 1750.Then this puja was celebrated by Sarada Devi.From then on all the Bengalis continued to adore this puja.
